The Oregon Sports Authority Foundation Young Professionals Board represents the next generation of leaders in the Oregon sports landscape. The group’s focus is on increasing the impact of the Oregon Sports Authority’s youth programming, while also serving to develop future Oregon Sports Authority board members. Young Professionals participate in monthly meetings, dedicate hours of community service to youth programming, have ample networking opportunities, and get an insider view of Oregon Sports Authority events.
Young Professionals are at least 24 years old and have three years of full-time work experience. For more information about the Young Professionals Board’s next recruitment cycle or current projects, please email Lauren Elgee.
The Young Professionals Board recruited University of Oregon standout volleyball player, Kristen Bitter, to speak to TrackTown Youth League participants about how sports helped her feel confidence in her height.
