Hundreds of millions of people around the globe gathered at pubs and street parties to be a part of the World Cup Finals frenzy. In Portland, the big World Cup gathering was at Pioneer Courthouse Square. There might have been more people than bricks Sunday when the final between Spain and the Netherlands was shown on a big screen television.
