March Madness returns to Oregon
It’s been 44 years since the Final Four was played in Portland, Oregon, and 26 years since the state hosted any round of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. But thanks to the recent removal of state-sanctioned sports-betting game, March Madness returns this month to the Portland Rose Garden for first- and second-round games.
