eUpdate – Portland to host 2012 NCAA Tournament, agreement reached for Beaverton stadium
Following the incredible return of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship earlier this year, the NCAA announced last month that Portland will again host the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament in March of 2012 at the Rose Garden. The successful bid was submitted by the University of Oregon, Oregon Sports Authority, Rose Quarter and Travel Portland, the same partnership that hosted the first and second rounds this March.
