eUpdate – Cyclo-cross Nationals in Bend, FIMBA Basketball in Eugene
The largest-ever USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Championships kick off tomorrow in the heart of Bend’s Old Mill District. Over 1,600 riders from across the nation will brave the winter weather to compete across 30 age and ability categories. Bend’s own reigning national champion Ryan Trebon and mountain bike Olympian Adam Craig are among the country’s top cyclo-crossers competing in the elite men’s race on Sunday. The Cyclo-cross Nationals follow this summer’s very successful USA Cycling Road Nationals, further cementing Central Oregon’s reputation as one of the nation’s best venues for competitive cycling.
