eUpdate – CONCACAF Gold Cup, Wine Country Half Marathon, Thorns FC Lands Morgan, Sinclair

    Last week the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Football Association (CONCACAF) announced that JELD-WEN Field has been selected as one of 13 venues across the nation to host the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup in July. The Gold Cup is a biannual competition among the top 12 men’s national soccer teams from North America, Central America and the Caribbean. The Portland Timbers and Oregon Sports Authority submitted the successful bid to host the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup at JELD-WEN Field.
