The Soul District Business Association (SDBA) is hosting its annual MLK Dream Run weekend celebration happening on Saturday and Sunday September 16 & 17 hosted at Portland Community College Cascade Campus. This year, participants will symbolize the theme "Eyes on the Prize," emphasizing the significance of not only setting ambitious goals but also demonstrating the determination required to achieve them. The MLK Dream Run weekend celebration, now in its 12th year, has become a widely recognized event that unites communities, encourages diversity, and promotes equality. As the race progresses, participants will embody the spirit of Dr. King, reflecting on his message of hope, perseverance, health and his relentless pursuit of economic and social justice for all.
